a point of contact for the local government.
St. Stephen Business License
Application
Any business operating or selling within St. Stephen Town Limits will need to obtain a Business License. This includes and is not limited to the following types of businesses: retail, restaurants, food trucks, mechanic shops, grocery stores, gas stations, contractors (general, plumbers, HVAC, electricians, etc), lawn services, bakeries, hair care, manufacturing, etc. Please click the link below to fill out the submit the entire application.
Facility Rental Application
To rent the American Legion Hall (The Hut) or The Pavilion at Alice Price Park please click the link below to fill out and submit the application. Once submitted the applicant will need to come to Town Hall with Cash or Money Order to pay the application fee and receive the signed Rental Application. At this time St. Stephen does not accept electronic payment.
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests
South Carolina’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) makes records and meetings of public bodies open and available to citizens and their representatives in the press. This openness is important because it allows the public to learn about the performance of public officials and the expenditure of public funds.
